How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka we deliver within 24–48 hours. Outside Dhaka delivery takes 3–5 working days through our courier partners.

Can I pick up my order from the store?

Yes. Choose Store Pickup at checkout. We will call you when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

How can I track my order?

Use the Track Order page with your order number, or open My Account → Orders if you are logged in.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, and Visa / Mastercard / Amex cards. EMI is available on selected cards for orders above ৳10,000.

Are all products genuine with official warranty?

Yes. Every product is brand-new and comes with the official brand or distributor warranty shown on the product page.

What is your return policy?

If a product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery with the original box and accessories.
