Replacement
Products with a manufacturing defect can be replaced within 7 days of delivery, with the original box, accessories and invoice.
Refunds
If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items
Software licences, opened consumables and products damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
